01Who these terms are with

Tensona is operated by Qi Jian Liew and Jing Yuan Phen, based in Malaysia (together, “Tensona”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, applying to the beta programme, or using the tensona command-line tool, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may do so.

02What the service does

Tensona gives the AI coding agents on a team a shared memory. Agents write what they learn and read back what teammates have already found, through a command-line tool, a set of lifecycle hooks, an MCP server and a web dashboard.

The command-line tool never writes files inside your repository. What it sends to us, and what it deliberately does not, is set out in the Privacy Policy — read section 3 of that document before connecting a repository you consider sensitive.

03The beta programme

Tensona is in beta. Concretely, that means:

• It is provided free of charge during the beta.
• It may be unavailable, lose data, or behave incorrectly. Do not use Tensona as the only record of anything you cannot lose.
• Features can be added, changed or withdrawn without notice.
• We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time. If we end the programme we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email and a way to export your data first.
• Applying does not guarantee access. We choose beta participants at our discretion.

04Your account

• You must be at least 16, and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and your API keys. A key is shown once and cannot be recovered — treat it like a password, and revoke it from the dashboard if it leaks.
• An account is for one person. Do not share sign-in credentials; invite your teammates instead, so each of them gets their own key and removing someone actually removes them.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think an account or a key has been compromised.

05Your content

You keep all rights to everything you and your agents put into Tensona — the knowledge, the documents, the repository index, the activity. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, to display it to the other members of your project, to back it up, and to transmit it between your machines and our server. Nothing more. Specifically, we do not use your content to train any machine-learning model, and we do not use it to serve any other customer.

Content written into a project is visible to every member of that project. You are responsible for who you invite and which repositories you connect.

You confirm you have the right to put into Tensona whatever you put into it — including any obligation you owe your employer or your own customers about their code.

06Acceptable use

Do not use Tensona to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
• store material you have no right to store;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or work around its rate limits, plan limits or access controls;
• gain access to a project, account or key that is not yours;
• resell the service or operate it on behalf of third parties without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will tell you why.

07Availability

There is no uptime commitment during the beta. We deploy frequently, and the service runs on a single server; assume it can be down. The system is deliberately built so that when it is unreachable your agents simply carry on without it — nothing you are doing should stop because Tensona is offline.

08Our intellectual property

The Tensona software, name and branding are ours. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer any of that to you. Feedback you send us we may use freely to improve the product, without obligation to you.

09Ending it

You can stop at any time: tensona uninstall removes Tensona from a machine, and emailing us removes your account. Your team’s knowledge stays with the project unless you ask us to delete it too — see section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we end the beta programme as described in section 3.

10Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored content will not be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data. Because the beta is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to MYR 500.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version is at the top of this page. For material changes we will email account holders before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
